What happens when I book a home visit?

A home visit lasts for around one hour. During our visit a professional surveyor will talk to you about your needs and style preferences, as well as reviewing your current bathroom, to provide an overview of your options.
Our home visits aren’t a hard sell, nor is there any obligation to buy. Once our surveyor leaves we will email or post you a detailed specification which will include a unique 3D visual and various designs.

How does Aquaneed select its products?

All of our products are carefully inspected, tested and quality controlled. Our baths and showers are manufactured in the UK and come with full UK warranties.

Do you provide a full installation service?
Aquaneed offers a complete installation and bathroom refurbishment service, covering much of the south of England. If you wish to check whether we cover your region simply get in touch.

With so many products to choose from, how can I be sure to make the right choice?

Our friendly and knowledgeable advisors are here to help! With many years of industry experience, they’ll guide you through the process.

How can I be sure my product will fit?

Each of our product pages display the dimensions and specifications in full, however you may need to consider electrical supplies, water supplies, waste runs and other system elements. If we are installing these matters will be dealt with on our survey visit. If you are purchasing supply only then this is your responsibility.

My bathroom is small and/or of an unusual shape – can you help?

Absolutely – our advisers are skilled at designing for even the smallest or most unusually shaped bathrooms.

How messy is the installation process?
Our teams minimise mess by using dust sheets and respecting your home for the entirety of the installation process.

Is your service and are your products backed up by a warranty?

Yes, our installation service is backed up by a one year warranty, with each of our products accompanied with their own respective manufacturers’ warranties.

Will I be without toilet facilities for any period of time?

We always minimalise the amount of time that our clients are left without toilet facilities. In the majority of cases this is limited to just a few hours, however if this may be longer we will always let you know beforehand.
