What happens when I book a home visit?
The survey takes approximately one hour, our surveyor will access your current bathroom and will go through options that best suit your needs.
There is no hard sale, we are passionate and confident in solving your requirements and never ask for an order on our visit.
Once the surveyor leaves we will email or post you a detailed specification which will include a unique 3D visual and designs.
How does Aquaneed select its products?
We will select the best products based on your needs.
Rest assured that all our products are carefully inspected, tested and quality controlled.
Do you offer a ful installation service?
Aquaneed offers a complete installation and shower / bathroom refurbishment service, covering much of the south of England.

How do I know the product will fit?
We provide dimensions and specifications for each product, but you may need to consider electrical supplies, water supplies, waste runs etc.
If we are installing, these matters will be dealt with on our survey visit.
If you are purchasing supply only then this is your responsibility.
