Having worked in the elderly care sector, as well as in the construction industry for 20 years, Richard Caddle established Aquaneed in 2001. Aquaneed met the growing demand for practical bathroom solutions to satisfy the needs of the disabled and elderly.
Our team are passionate about supplying the right solution to our clients. Our collective experience spans over 60 years and extends to literally thousands of bathroom adaptions, across both the public and private sectors. Yet one thing we have learnt above all else is that “one size” does not fit all and everyone’s needs are different.
About 10 years ago we expanded into the private bathroom market and now supply and install from budget to bespoke in the whole of the south of England. Whilst our head office is in Staines, our accessible bathroom installers cover London, all London boroughs, as well as the home counties including Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Kent and Sussex.
As an independent company, we are free to recommend, supply and install high quality products, from a wide range of leading manufacturers. There is no hard sell, pushy commission driven sales people or underhand sales tactics; just a genuine desire to provide appropriate showering and bathing solutions and advice to meet your long-term needs.
Health and safety in your home is paramount. Aquaneed are fully approved and accredited with CHAS, Constructionline, Trustmark and endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders. All of these are required to undertake Government and Local Authority work.
We monitor our installations consistently to ensure quality and care are offered to you. Unlike most other companies, we offer a higher level of professionalism without the hard sell.
We are also a trusted partner of most Local Authorities across London and the South East; thus, we comply with rigorous Health & Safety standards and have extensive liability insurance cover.
